I always look forward to Frederique’s newsletter. There’s so much variety. I particularly like the challenges Frederique sets because I know that she is constantly setting new challenges for herself too! I find them great to keep me focussed and on my toes!.

Frederique’s newsletter is absolutely brilliant! It’s not just a newsletter – it’s a weekly mini magazine FULL of amazing, USEABLE tips to help me with my mindset.
What’s more, it’s a complete work of art – I have subscribed to no less than 20 online newsletters and Frederique’s is one that …
i) jumps out to me, screaming to me to read it.
ii) always comes in at the same time, same day (so I know I will get it when expected
iii) full of information that I can USE for the week
iv) entertaining and personal

I vote for Donna’s newsletter.
I’ve been receiving it for a couple of years now, and what I like about it is that she so willingly shares what she knows. Her newsletter is packed with tips and how-tos, and she doesn’t hold anything back. Her newsletter isn’t the usual “bait” newsletter where you get a teaser about the topic but have to buy a product or service in order to get the information on how to do something. Donna puts it all right out there. There are no gotchas.

This is an excellent newsletter and I look forward to reading it each
month. I have passed it along to several people, including my cynical
